The Competition:

·      On the Malls Facebook page we will ask people to tell us inthe comments what are roasted on an open fire and also feature in a Christmas song in order to enter prize draw 4.
·      The Christmas Prize Draw 4 is operated by The Malls Shopping Centre,  Churchill Way, Basingstoke, Hampshire. RG21 7QU.
·      Entry into this prize draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions will take effect immediately upon entry to the prize draw.

Who can enter?

The Christmas Prize Draw 4 is open to all UK residents free of charge.

How to enter?

Participants must comment on the social media post telling us what are roasted on an open fire and also feature in a Christmas song.
Only one entry per person will be entered into the draw.
Entries open on Friday 5 December and must be received by 3pm on Thursday 11 December.

The prize

There is one prize. A £25 gift voucher for Sainsbury's and a tub of Heroes chocolates.
There are no cash alternatives, and the prize is not transferable.

Winners

The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries and will be contacted via DM from The Malls within one week of the closing date for entries. If the winner’s profile does not allow for a DM message to be sent, The Malls will comment against the winner’s entry message on the post to notify them that they are the winner and ask that they get in contact with us. If the winner isc ontacted by DM, The Malls will publish the winner on the Malls Facebook page once the winner has been contacted. With the winner’s permission a photograph of them collecting the prize will be posted on The Malls Facebook Page

Claiming the prize

The winner must be able to collect the prize from The Malls Shopping Centre at a time agreed.
The winner will have 14 days from the date of being contacted to claim the prize. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

Personal information will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act, theGeneral Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and other applicable data privacy laws. See above for information regarding announcement of winners.  

General

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, The Malls at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
The Malls reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
